Should I refrigerate my peanut butter after opening it?Noomi peanut butter should be stored in a cool, dark place. While it can be left out if properly stored, we recommend refrigerating your jar after opening it for optimal freshness and quality. Just give it a good stir before you put it in the fridge, and it will be perfect when you’re ready to consume it next. Pro-tip: Take your jar out of the fridge a few minutes before serving. Enjoy Noomi at room temperature to maximize spreadability and taste.

Does the oil in Noomi peanut butter separate?Oil separation is completely natural. But unlike most other organic/all natural nut butters, Noomi peanut butter is a minimal separation product that’s easy to stir. When you open your jar for the first time, just get that spoon to the very bottom and fully mix the contents. From then on, little stirring will be required—so don’t go nuts!
