Ingredients
2 tbsp light coconut milk
1/3c water
2 tbsp Noomi peanut butter
1 tbsp hoisin sauce
3/4 tsp Sriracha (hot chile sauce)
1 tsp fresh lime juice
Directions
Bring coconut milk, water, peanut butter, hoisin, and Sriracha to a boil in a saucepan over medium-high heat; cook for 1 minute, then turn off heat.
Stir in 1 tsp lime juice.
Serve dipping sauce over grilled chicken satay, lettuce wraps, or with vegetables of choice.
Yield: Serves 4 (about 3 tablespoons of sauce per person).
